Any orders requiring over night priority or 2 day air must be placed by 12:00 pm CST. Any orders shipped after 12:00 pm will ship the following day.

You may return any item for refund/credit or exchange for any reason if it is in "resalable" condition within 120 days. (This policy does not apply to video tapes, books, or custom made items.) This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of our products. Use of our products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured also nullifies this warranty. If a product develops a problem or is not useable due to a manufacturer's defect, complete the blank Return/Exchange Form on the back of the invoice that accompanied your order describing the reason for your return and the action you would like taken. It is recommended that you send all returns back via UPS Ground. Send your package insured and postage paid. There will be no credits or refunds for return shipping charges.
